Ive been busy putting together a West Midlands 5 day "as it happened" chain from November 2020.
This will include New Street, Aston, Wolverhampton, Coventry and Leamington Spa.
Only New Street is to complete at the moment, with all others being under test in the meantime (many thanks go to Andy Allen for his testing and patience).
I don't have definate date for release yet, as New Street is very complicated and will take a while to test the various combinations.
It'll be worth it tho !

Also to note there is a three day timetable in the works from myself for Warrington PSB starting on Thursday 1st and ending on Saturday 3rd April during the Easter 2021 Engineering Period.
Timetable is now complete with over 1200 trains over the 3 day period, it will now go under testing by myself and hopefully won't be too long until I release it

I've started writing two timetables for Port Talbot. One based on a day earlier this month and a completely fictional one. The fictional one also has a new passenger service (not likely to happen in the real world, alas!). I think I have enough data to write the real one, although I don't have a clue about some of the freight consists (number/type of wagons etc).
Early stages right now, and I'm mainly doing this to see if I can even write them to begin with, but so far, so good.

My next timetable is based at Carlisle with another yearly instalment of passenger, freight and hopefully charter workings. I have yet to decide on which days or in turn whether a 2 or 3 day timetable would be worth the work but we will see. Please note that while I'm doing this new timetable I will also be testing the Warrington Easter 2021 timetable recently done including a house move in between.

Hi Welshdave257! I just wanted you to know that on Friday I submitted a timetable for Port Talbot that shows the April 2, 2021 services.

Also I will message you the sites I used when writing my timetable so you can know of them too. Writing timetables is fun - Enjoy!

Hi Guys.

I’m working on a Cardiff Valley Lines weekday timetable based on a week in late March 2021. Was getting a little bored playing the available timetables on SimSig and noticed recently the WTT has changed with the Covid situation. Despite it still being a metro service, heavily reduced into the valleys though, there are lot more shuttles between Pontypridd, Caerphilly and Cardiff so it’s something different. Thinking with a higher difficulty might make the day interesting, otherwise it’ll be pretty quiet!

I’m still writing the timetable, finished with the main bulk of of passenger services, just got to add the freight to Cwmbargoed and the driver training runs to Rhymney with the 769s when I have a day off next. After that a few runs of testing and if ok, I will upload it soon :)

Piccadilly - Easter Monday 2021 uploaded and awaiting approval.

Quieter than my 'Ordsall Chord 2020' TT (1053 trains compared to 1696) but with added interest from diversions and longer train formations from various TOCs requiring care to be taken when platforming.

There's the right way, the wrong way and the railway.

A quick but complex update from myself regarding timetables and testing progress. During May 2021 I was down for relocating to Carlisle from the outskirts of Manchester but a few days before moving the home owner decided on cancelling our chances of moving so typically everything in boxes including all my work notes and timetable info and notes.. So was a right pain but we're still hopeful that we will end up into Carlisle soon. Anyway timetable updates below:

Warrington PSB Easter 2021 - Three Day timetable, this timetable is complete with just over 6 hours on the final third day still to be tested.
Warrington PSB Summer 2021 - Now this timetable although wasn't planned has been made to reflex how the real work timetable is at current including a heavy amount of freight traffic and the start of charters. This timetable is complete but not been tested.

Others in work and near complete on writing are

Carlisle PSB - 26th June 2021
Carlisle PSB - Summer 2021
Manchester South - Summer 2021
Staffordshire - Summer 2021

I do have in plan these but magical work arounds will be done
Edge Hill-Lime Street - Summer 2021 - If an update does come along when it was all transferred to Manchester ROC then the timetable will be updated to reflect.
Manchester North - Summer 2021 - Pending it's next release before I can complete it

Birmingham New Street summer 1990 TT is now under test. This TT is exetremly challenging & if you play it solo you will struggle to keep everything moving. Currently there are 1,191 trains in the TT, but this number may change before release. I'll post a thread on the forum regarding how to run the TT as the sim isn't quite up to a proper state for the era to work the TT without work arounds atm. But we are working to make it as easy for the user as possible. For those specifically interested in the BR era I would suspect that the TT will be sent for release at some point next month.

iam hoping a new timetable is being done for tyneside and edinburgh my favourite sims
cheers

I have an Edinburgh 84 being tested now, chaining though is to CSCOT & Motherwell not southwards. As a 3-way chain it is a long job testing it.

Bill
The chainable CSCOT 1984 and Motherwell 1984 are now released. Edinburgh 1984 has a couple of gremlins to fix, and some breakdowns / failures to add before Edinburgh gets released as well.
Should be out early July.

Bill

There is a May 2021 TT for Edinburgh in the works, to complement the Carlisle to Dunblane series already released. It's proving a challenge due to the sim not reflecting remodelling and electrification, but we'll get there...

With the extended version of Manchester North now available, including the whole of the Oldham loop and L&Y main line as far as the Preston interface, two timetables will shortly be available for download.

Manchester North 2007 has been completely rewritten to cover all the new lines in Manchester North
Manchester North 2002 is brand new, with more freight than 2007 and some subtle changes in the passenger services

Keep an eye on the Downloads section for them!

These are now approved It was a pleasure Peter to get a sneak preview while the extended North was in development!

I really hope there's another Norwood Jcn up north, otherwise that's quite a detour down to Croydon

I'm currently writing my first timetable, Westbury 2021-07-07. It will include what was timetabled to run that day, including any cancelled freight workings. It also includes the VSOE pullman charter.
I expect it to be ready for testing in around 2 weeks.

Hi Mask - I think there has been a reply to this now - I've not had a chance to look at it yet. It maybe a Sim issue more than the tt
