Tyneside 2016

- Continuation of my Tyneside 2016 host. This game will be starting at 0800 sim time and we will run until 1000 sim time.
TeamSpeak will be in use (and required) for this host. Details of the TeamSpeak server are on the SimSig forums in the General Hosting forum and it is easy to set up and use. Voice communication is a great asset to any host but if you are unable to do this then text communication via TeamSpeak will be fine instead.
The sim will be run in a manner resembling real life. Signals *must not* be put back in front of trains and full attention must be paid to timetables to ensure booked order running where possible. If you make a mistake - deal with it like a real life signaller would have to! That is half the fun. Every effort will be made to ensure sensible and logical regulation decisions - as you probably know Tyneside has a LOT of freight as well as a mix of slow, semi-fast and fast services. The sim will be run on standard difficulty, so failures are possible, but will not be introduced manually by myself.
All that said, beginners should not be of the impression they are unwelcome - I am quite happy to teach and assist you provided you make an effort to learn, focus, and are on TeamSpeak to communicate.
ARS will be on but DISABLED when someone takes a panel. I'm not planning to count Heighington/Shildon as a panel but people may take them if they wish.

Due to being on a 0525 on Tuesday, I will have to be pretty strict with the starting and ending times of this sim. We will run from 1830 to 2030 and not much longer I'm afraid!
