Exeter and Westbury 1981 section 3 start time is 19:45 BST
Notes
My IP address will be added to the game listing on the day. Also the Teamspeak channel.
Panels will be allocated in order of signup however preference will be given to Teamspeak users as it is easier for me to control the session.
F10 will be used as a backup emergency communication channel.
I will be online about 15 minutes before the session starts and will start allocating about 5 minutes before the start so we can start on time.

block_operator 		BTW, what is the correct starting time? The session title says 19:45 BST, but some lines below, the starting time is stated as 18:44. Is the ealier hour still GMT?
