Southern Sunday [T + RG] 2009
Notes
Hi All

Given the good weather the past two weekends and short notice modifications, a slightly different plan.

Initially advertising for a short TBASC session, with additional chains only if there is enough interest ahead of time. Feel free to also comment with any Southern sims you have and would be willing to be allocated to.

*Other sim chains will only be attempted if there is a reasonable chance they can be staffed and run well with sim speed adjustments.*

CONNECTIONS: 1945 BST
START TIME: 2000 BST
SHIFTS: ad hoc, running until 2200.
ERA: 2009
ARS: n/a
TIMETABLE START TIME: Likely to be a 0445 seed if possible.

COMMS: Must be able to receive Teamspeak audio. F10 as backup.

Happy for another person to host / play Control also. PM if interested.

-CONTROL- Will endeavour to maintain a Control/Regulator role where possible. Control reserve the right to intervene in case a panel isn’t contactable to avoid ‘operational catastrophe’.

-PLATFORM / PATH ALTERATIONS- Please endeavour to use booked paths and platforms, otherwise advise Control. This is realistic, helps timetable authors with great feedback and also avoids experienced issues with fixes having to made in retrospect on this sim due to short-notice reroutes. There may also be delays to services for passenger convenience or staffing in these cases.

-DEPARTMENTAL / TEST TRAINS- These are to follow booked paths to cover/treat the correct lines.

-PANEL PREFERENCES- First come first served, please post below. Panels will be reserved until 5 mins before first shift start time unless otherwise advised by the signaller of a late arrival. Once connections are open, any free panel may be taken on the same basis.

-SIM SPEED- Sim speed proportional to staffing.
