Saltley and Derby Groundhog 2009 Session 2

- Following the success of last week, I will be continuing the chain of Saltley and Derby I put up when the Exeter to Salisbury via Westbury chain couldn't be hosted, since AJ isn't present this week.
TeamSpeak will be used for comms, the highest channel that is available. Panels allocated 10-5 minutes before session start in a random order, with stragglers being given panels in order of arriving in the teamspeak channel.
