  • Through trains diverted via Millerhill are not being allowed passed signal MHU (hidden).
  • In scenario “bad weather” there may be problems with TRTS and short trains. This is to do with sighting distance which is foreshortened.

Known Issues

These are noted for users information, generally, they will be fixed in any subsequent version.

  • Halbeath Crossing calls go to Duty5, not Duty6
  • Sometimes Halbeath LC Up line doesn't auto-lower and/or ARS not setting route.
  • Occasionally and possibly on a random basis trains will divide at the wrong end (divide following join) - fixed in 2006 TT Ver 1.3) - see below for exact details to fix the Up sleeper trains.
  • Diverting UP trains via Millerhill may cause a Mexican stand-off with a Down train. Careful regulation can avoid that. But there is also a possibility of the train reappearing wrong line.

To ensure correct sleeper train operation:

i) when 1B16 arrives, it faces UP while 0B16 detaches front;

ii) after 0B16 has detached, but before 1B01 joins, reverse 1B16 to face DOWN;

iii) before it joins, edit 1B01 TT to be DER:5B01 not DEF:5B01;

iv) that's all there is to it.

This is to ensure both portions are facing the same way while joining, which guarantees which way the joined train faces for the subsequent detach. If 1B16 is facing up and 1B01 down, it depends which part actually joins to the other, and so the resultant direction is indeterminate for the 5B01 divide.
