Introduction
The second of the two small portions of York IECC, Leeds North West places you in charge of the Airedale electrified network, from just outside Leeds to Ilkley, Bradford and Skipton. Beyond the end of the wires at Skiption, the line continues north towards the Settle & Carlisle line.
The majority of traffic consists of the frequent commuter services serving the three large West Yorkshire towns, with a much sparser service continuing north towards Hellifield. The route to the north sees much more freight traffic, however. You also control entry to the freight-only branch to Rylstone, and controlling the run-round of any trains needing to access it.
Leeds North West is a payware simulation- to play beyond a short demo period requires purchase of a license from the Products area .
