From the Main Menu or the MNU button, select Timetable > Open (merge with current). This feature allows you to merge two timetables.
For example you may have a separate passenger and freight Timetable that you wish to play together; merging timetables allows you to do that.
Also may be used to include extra 'add-on' workings, eg diversions or engineers trains
In more complex scenarios the merge may simply import rules that change the way the original game works.
Note that if a train in each Timetable has the same TD they will not be overwritten but will both exist side by side which in certain circumstances may cause some minor problems.
Be careful when saving the timetable as the merged Timetable will overwrite the first unless you give it a new name.
