T must appear X mins after Y arrives or passes Z.

This rule will prevent a train "T" from entering the sim until at least X minutes after train "Y" has passed or arrived at location Z. To use 'passing' as the trigger, location Z must be in the trigger train Y's timetable.

For example: You want a relief engine (T) to enter the sim after an incoming train (Y) has arrived at the terminus (Z).

This rule can also be used to prevent train (T) from running if train (Y) has not run. This is done by setting (X) equal to zero.

An example could be, where train (Y) arrives at (Z) and requires a light Engine (T) to draw it back.

If train (Y) does not run, then the light engine (T) is not required. However with (X) set to zero, if train (Y) does run,

then train (T) will run at its Timetabled Time (or when Y arrives if it is late).
