T must not run if Y runs

This rule will prevent a train "T" from entering the sim if train "Y" has already entered the sim.

However, unless 8A00 is delayed or is subject to an appearance rule (in the train's usertrack:ssrun:func:f4:wttnew#service options ) the laws of precedence means that 8A00 will always run and 8B00 never.

For example:If Train 8A00 and 8B00 run on alternate days, only one of them should run on any given day.
