Version 1.2 is waiting approval. A few alterations and additions made and a few typos corrected. Although the previous version ran perfectly the new timetable analyser threw up a number of warnings. The timetable has now been amended so as the analyser gives no errors or warnings. As ever, any bugs found, please use this thread. Vince, I think there is an issue with the Day of the Week Selector. It seems like Monday has weight 1000 and all the others have weight 1, so Monday is being chosen virtually every time. Log in to reply |

Hi all, Thanks - yes there is. I had been testing Monday and I forgot to change the weighting back to 1. Anyone who has already downloaded it, the DOTW weighting can be changed to 1 and then saved. Sorry about this - It will be re-issued almost immediately. Well I'm not sure is 1.3 is approved or not. I received two emails The first one said... Dear SimSig User, this is to inform you that a file you submitted to SimSig has been edited. It will revert to unapproved until a moderator checks the new contents. You don't need to do anything at this stage. Thanks for your submission! and the next said :- Dear SimSig User, this is to inform you that a file you submitted to SimSig has been approved. Thanks for your submission! In any event, it hasn't yet appeared in the downloads list. I'm not at a computer to dig into the upload queue, but for reference if you ever want to upload a new version of something you've already submitted and approved, you can edit that submission, with the new file. That will then go into the pending queue for approval, and also removes the old version from being downloaded.

Cool. Playing now. This isn't a timetable question, more a curiosity: I noticed 5B61 which is ECS to Barnstaple to form 2B61 is a Class 31 + coaches, and I was curious as to whether there is a runaround loop at Barnstaple or if there is another 31 waiting there for the return journey. Back in the 80s there was a run round loop at Barnstaple. It isn’t simulated in sim, so you’ll just have to use a little imagination

swiftaw in post 139123 said:Cool. Playing now.Yes, as already said, there was a run-round loop at Barnstaple. It was also used by the DMU working the 0405 Exeter - Barnstaple with its newspaper van as tail traffic. In practice, the van didn't come back with the DMU but came back on the loco-hauled service and was detached at Exeter. That can't be simulated, so in the timetable the van returns with the DMU and is detached at Exeter. One thing I would point out is that in the General tab of the F4 window, the TT info still says that this is version 1.1.

I've made it through to about 2200. I had 1B50 come in running with 1 power car and terminating at Exeter. The note says it will be replaced by 1F50, however I don't see a 1F50 in the timetable.

Its 1B58/ZGD126:1PCB that is replaced by 1F58/ZCF055 as that is the last service of the day. The EDMU 5F58 to work 1F58 appears off Exeter West Yard half a minute after 1B58/ZGD126:1PCB arrives. I reckon that error has been there since day 1 and no-one noticed, including me. Yes its an error and I'm sorry. When you said "notes" I mistakenly thought you were referring to the lengthy notes under the general tab of the timetable which does explain the move with 1B58/1F58. It will be put right in an update, along with some additions and alterations in a few weeks. Thanks for spotting that. There are a few trains with the description "HST runniing on 1 PC", such as 1B24/ZFE411:1PC and 1B64-1/{ZBC637:1PCC,ZBC637:1PCA,ZBC637:1PCB}.
