Hi all, just found a glitch in this TT. Train 6H75 enters normally and heads towards Biggleswade. At around 04.50 it slows at Biggleswade before reversing to DS before moving to sidings. When it stops on US at Biggleswade sig K766 it reports as standing at Connington and the minutes lost shoots up by around 50.Wondering if this could be edited to remove the incorrect report? Cheers, Mal.

Interesting. Had 6H75 arrive at Biggleswade South (reverse) on the US and F2 Train List shows the following in this order; "Waiting for right-away at Pboro Eastfield Jn" "Moving at 0mph" "Stopped at Peterborough" "Waiting for right-away at Peterborough" "Moving at 0mph" "Stopped at Fletton" "Waiting for right-away at Fletton" "Moving at 0mph" (missed this happening, but assuming it did happen) "Stopped at Connington South Jn" "Waiting for right-away at Connington South Jn" "Moving at 0mph" "Stopped at Huntingdon" "Waiting right-away at Huntingdon" "Moving at 0mph" "Stopped at St. Neots" "Waiting right-away at St. Neots" "Moving at 0mph" "Stopped at Sandy" "Waiting right-away at Sandy" "Moving at 0mph" "Stopped at Biggleswade" "Waiting right-away at Biggleswade" "Moving at 0mph" "Stopped at Bigglewade South (reverse)" "Waiting right-away at Biggleswade South (reverse)" then he calls in from the shunt signal. Seems the delay minutes accumulate themselves whilst the train, standing at Bigglewade South (reverse), apparently stops at and departs from locations it had already passed through earlier. The train did not stop anywhere en-route and arrived early at Biggleswade South (reverse) and one of the call responses offered was to wait until booked departure time. Hi all, found another couple of possible conflict timings. 5P64 entry time 06.56. Stands at Pboro N DF Rev 07.01 to 07.26. Forms 1P64 dep 07.33. 5P54 entry time 07.08. Stands at Pboro N DF Rev 07.13 to 07.19. Forms 1P54 dep 07.26. Haven't tried this yet, but is it possible to have two units stood at DF Rev on the first in/last out principle? If not, I can't see another way of working this. (Edit) oops, just remembered the other part of this prob. 1S03 is due at Pboro 0705-0708, and 1D21 between 0720-0722. Any suggestions welcome as usual. Cheers, Mal. Last edited: 02/08/2011 at 08:55 by delticfan Reason: info added Log in to reply |

It shouldn't be possible: there's no calling-on route in that direction. I suspect 5P64 waits in New England yard rather than on the DF.

A TT analysis shows 6H75 as having 'Peterborough out of order in Timetable' as it stands in the TT, however if location 'Peterborough Eastfield Junction' is deleted, the warning goes away. Just checking if this solves the problem...

Problem solved: Delete the 'Pbro Eastfield Junction' location from the TT and it works fine.

I've just done quite a big (for me), TT edit re the above, tried it and it works (phew!). Movements are a bit tight but nowt wrong with a bit of a challenge, lol! Given me a bit more confidence to attempt more in the future. On the same TT, I've seen a couple of strange behaviours. Some trains approaching from UM to P5 and March line show the message 'routed off planned path' even though there's no other routing option. Also happened with a couple of freights from Pboro yard towards the same route. I have ARS on, but controlling Pboro station manually. Otherwise, it's a cracking busy TT, congrats to those responsible. Cheers, Mal. Last edited: 06/08/2011 at 09:50 by delticfan Log in to reply |
