As per thread title, how are you supposed to do it? See, I had 0M741 which I wanted to send through Platform 3 and onto the Down Slow to reverse at GE8 then signal from 281 back to Up Main to rejoin it's train (6M741). Signal 276 » GE8 doesn't work, but I was surprised when Signal 276 » 304 (Lenton North Jn) set the route to GE8. Is that right??

Andy,

I've never had any issues setting a route to GE8 from any of plats 1, 3 & 4 or D/UM. So can't explain what's happened without a save game/screenshot, ditto for your second query.

Done a test in single player and had no problems, so I'll just put this down to lag as this problem was experienced during a multiplayer. The route didn't seem to set at all, until I had tried to set it to 304.

Did this happen just before the sim crashed? I experienced a similar problem trying to set a route.

It did actually, yes. 0M741 was occupying the TC just outside of Platform 3 (Down side of station).
