2H03 has come to a stand at VS283 and has been stood waiting at the signal for over 5 minutes without calling in. ARS is also complaining that the train is off planned path. F2 just says that 2H03 has "Stopped at signal VS283". I can't see any special signalling arrangements in the manual, so could this be a bug? Last edited: 29/01/2014 at 10:27 by John Log in to reply |

A ticket has been raised. Have you tried right-clicking the train and hitting "Make Train ARS" Log in to reply |

Tried that, James, but to no avail. Also tried abandoning tt and telling him to pass the signal and danger, but nothing would shift him.

I have also found, while doing an initial test on my 2012 TT, that after saving my progress, that when I came to restart (after closing the loader down) again any trains using Bromley Junction from Crystal Palace either to Beckenham Junction direction or Norwood Junction were coming up invalid and thus ARS unable to operate. Those towards Beckenham were stopping at VS283 like John had on the default TT. The message I was receiving was: "No paths found between location Crystal Palace and location Bromley Jcn" All trains were validated and fine before reloading. John's issue was running the sim in the wrong era. See This thread for further details there. I don't know what your save, exit and reload bug is about. Log in to reply |

" said:John's issue was running the sim in the wrong era. See This thread for further details there.Yeah I'd read that John's initial problem was down to selecting wrong era, but he's going to be testing the TT as well so just wanted to see if he was having same issues. Is strange that it all works fine until it is saved, closed and reopened. Matt I can email you the TT and save from it if it will help - don't want to post it on forum yet as not released yet. Gareth edit: mods can put this in a new thread if they feel it is more suitable Log in to reply |

I had no problems until saving and restarting, now 5M94-1 has dropped out of ARS approaching Bromley Jn and I am getting Invalid timetable. I've run the timetable analyser, and now every train booked via Bromley Jn is showing invalid. Any trains which have not yet entered, will not enter. 5M94-1 is now requesting authority to proceed at Norwood Jn and when I authorised, it returned to Bromley Jn! Log in to reply |

" said:" said:Thanks for that John, that's what I got, just I'd saved it earlier on in the TT and had it happen with 5V61-1.I have also found, while doing an initial test on my 2012 TT, that after saving my progress, that when I came to restart (after closing the loader down) again any trains using Bromley Junction from Crystal Palace either to Beckenham Junction direction or Norwood Junction were coming up invalid and thus ARS unable to operate. Those towards Beckenham were stopping at VS283 like John had on the default TT. Wondered if it was that when it was reloaded it opened it in the wrong era at first, but the key says 2010 mode and the correct layout of Crystal Palace is there, unless somewhere behind the scenes it mixed up the eras. Think its one for the developers to work out. I have saves and the timetable ready to send across to whoever needs them to investigate the issue. Hi, I've been having the same problems with Bromley Jn VS282, particularly with the new 2012 timetable. Did we ever get to the bottom of this? Is it something we need to try and convince a developer to fix, or is there some other workaround? :) Muz Log in to reply |

" said:Hi,The problem was detected and resolved by Geoff M (developer) when the Victoria Central sim was updated to version 1.2. Are your sims and loaders up to date and are you using the correct era (2010 mode for 2012 TT). If you could be more specific as to which trains you are having trouble with and post a save / screengrab I can investigate to see if it is a TT issue. Gareth Log in to reply |
