I have noticed that train descriptions for trains entering from a Train Order Working section are currently interposed by the simulation. Is this prototypical or would the NCCS Controller need to enter these manually when the Driver advised he was approaching the respective control area? If it is the latter is the intention for this to be suppressed in Standard Mode and above in the Release version? Similar point applies to some of the yard entry points - for example Medway Boral Sidings - as in does the Shunter have access to a TD terminal? I don't know how it works on the prototype but I imagine Sydney 3 and Junee C would carry descriptions across being from the same access provider and same type of panels. As for yards and the other border locations, I'm guessing they would have to be entered somewhere sometime?

Sorry, I thought this was set such that auto TD entry would be in easy mode only. Back to the drawing board. Mantis 21537 Not fat ..... fluffy!! (G Iglesias) Log in to reply The following user said thank you: Andrew G |

OK, the next release will see the removal of the "Show overlaps" checkbox on game startup options. It will be replaced with "Skill level" drop-down box which selects TD insertion rules and overlap visibility. The manual will be updated near to when the next release is published.
