Had my first visit to the NRM at York today. I know a few of you on here volunteer there, so I just wanted to say thanks for an excellent day out. We didn't get a chance to look round everything but I really enjoyed the bits we did get to. I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone who hasn't been - even for those of us like me who aren't especially interested in the details of individual locomotives, there's still plenty to see!

I would quite happily sit with a deck chair and a drink in front of real life SimSig all day!
