omHi One of the most irritating problems with Trent is trains piling up at an exit point randomly in a sim; the only solution I know of is to start the sim again from scratch or remove the train entirely from the sim but the next train down that line will hit the issue too. for a 1 player game for this to happen after 15 hours is destroying. Same thing has just happened on Carlisle ; I have a pile of trains sitting at Wigton ( 4P01 for example ) ... Do I have to manually remove these or is it a bug ? Log in to reply |

" said:omHiRTFM is normally quite a good policy. I'll act the soft touch and copy from the manual (available here) to save anyone else the effort of having to do something for themselves. The relevant section says: Known Bugs Trains not exiting sim at Wigton Trains reach Wigton and stop with F2 showing “No more timetabled trips”. The TT should be abandoned after which the train moves forward and leaves the sim or the train should be removed from the sim using “Extreme Measures”. Hope that helps. “In life, there is always someone out there, who won’t like you, for whatever reason, don’t let the insecurities in their lives affect yours.” – Rashida Rowe Log in to reply |

Again, my apologies for this. This item worked fine for practically the whole development cycle and went unnoticed. It was broken by me fixing something which I thought was totally unrelated. A new release is planned that will fix most of the items raised since the first release. Some have proven not to be possible to fix and as Postal points out there is a manual which gives workarounds for known issues. As I'm sure you can imagine I have other priorities. So I can't give a date Log in to reply |

Really struggle to understand how people don't; they are so helpful to get used to a new sim area and all of the various quirks and tips needed for them and get the most out of the sim (and not look silly by asking certain already answered questions) - Of course I still have dunce moments and need to refresh myself with them now and then.
