Never say never, I've always intended for Llangollen to follow the railways development over time, and hopefully at some point that will mean an extra signal box.
Is that at Carrog, or do you lot have plans for a new box somewhere else on the line?
When Corwen opens (Corwen East is the temporary station) it's planned to have a signal box there, Carrog already has one.

"Passengers for New Lane, should be seated in the rear coach of the train " - Opinions are my own and not those of my employer

Would also love it to be Preston, especially as you could potentially chain to Carlisle!

While I can't guess any particular sims which it may be, I will guess however that it won't be any of:
-Glasgow Central or anything else which could be chained with Paisley
-Anything chained to either Wimbledon or Feltham

Guessing on both of these because logically thinking, one would have thought that these would have been released at the same time.

Diolch Karl, I'll have to pop up next time I'm up around that way, didn't have time last time.

The next sim release is also largely dependant on which developer completes whatever they are working on first.

So, there might be more than one new release?

I I was to bet on this my money would go on Walsall PSB as this is the only one left in the West Midlands that hasn't been done, with the exception of Nuneaton NPSB, but thats subject to which era your on about. In any event I'm sure it will be welcomed whichever one it is.

Have always wanted to see Preston, I used to live in Morecambe and commute on the train to Lancaster so have plenty of experience of the overlaps on P3 delaying the Morecambe shuttle! Would also like to see ManPicc as it is presently my local area. IMO both would have a nice variety of movements.
There's the right way, the wrong way and the railway.

It's going to be something that none of us have mentioned and out of the blue like it has before with all the devs having fun watching our minds wondering what it could be.

So just to throw a curve ball out there, maybe another preservation railway, we've had Llangollen so maybe Severn Valley or Bluebell Railway that could link to Oxted if it was re-released

Starts with a C, sounds Welsh... Close enough!

Lol, looks like you'd go mad with boredom if that were made into an IECC layout

I was thinking how much fun a GCR sim could be.

In a post i did many months ago I suggested more preserved lines to have a break from main line sims.

NYMR and KWVR were my suggestions

Indeed - that refresh was out of left field, very nice. I do appreciate the Croxley Green option.

Something tells me it's not what Geoff was referring to either, though

If nothing else, I'd be slightly surprised if I'd heard nothing at all about an SVR one being in development, given that I work half the boxes on it!

At the end of December, London bridge Panels 8 & 9, which is the South-Central side of London Bridge, migrates to the London Bridge Pod at Three Bridges ROC as Workstation 3a & 3b. The layout has already changed a lot from the original 1970's layout under several stageworks. The London Bridge ASC sim has been a work in progress for some time. Maybe it will be split into London Bridge ASC (Central) and London Bridge ASC (Eastern). Would be nice to see the Central version as the 1970's layout is all but a memory now. I had many a hectic shift working what we called 'The Mickey Mouse' side at LBASC. Since Tfl joined the lines on Panel 8 at London Bridge ASC, the Central side at London Bridge ASC lost its 'Mickey Mouse' name and became the 'Laurel & Hardy railway', after Tfl's LOROL services.

That is my wish, but my guess would be the missing link between Brighton and Victoria Central as the next sim
