After discussions on an MP game, they can be started at 00:00, 04:00 or any time after 07:00. However, when starting at anything other than midnight there will be no seed services (Except for stuff berthed in Nottingham platforms). This has been done to avoid the boring 00:00 - 04:00 bit for multiplayer sessions.
