e.g. When I play Cambridge and an ECS comes into the station, if it is three separate trains I can interpose the first one but then I'm left with just a red block where the remainder of the train is with no description. is there a way of creating a new description on that red block or do i just have to (Which I am doing at the moment) pause and interpose the other two descriptions on to other trains to find out what time they go then restore them to their original headcodes. BSE simple solution is to right click the screen and make a sticky note with the headcodes you need . Then you can click on the headcode to check the times

BSE, try the interpose onto the signal itself rather than the berth location. Once you have a TD showing, you should be able to change or overwrite it by clicking on the TD (berth).

In this case, my personal way of dealing with it is to work out which train departs first and interpose that headcode at the starter signal for the platform the train is in and then the next departure at the buffer end of the platform. Once the first train leaves I'd interpose the next departure at the platform starter signal (which should be the same headcode at the buffer end) then interpose the final headcode at the buffer end. Of course in all this it is easy to lose, misplace or forget headcodes so I'd also add a sticky with all three headcodes in their order of departure and thankfully Cambridge has SmartStickies meaning if you put a headcode in it'll look like this:- 1T55 and you can click on it to bring up the timetable. Of course "each to their own" and all that so feel free to deal with it in whichever way you prefer. Hope This Helps ("HTH"). Train man i do it the same way you do. I use the timetable to work out the departure sequence. I guess there are other ways to do it but ive always done it this way and found it works well
