Which timetable are you using? It's saying that traction is unsuitable - it needs 3rd rail DC to continue.

I am using Winter 2004 timetable, the train type is showing has a class 313 and dual voltage (see below)

The text in the timetable window is only a description for your information. You need to take a look at the F2 train list, most probably the train only has AC as traction type selected, because the timetable creator forgot to tick 3DC, too. If that is the case, curse Hornsey for sending you a faulty unit ;), and arrange for it to be swapped. Changing the traction type via Edit Timetable doesn't work, and simply deleting it isn't a good idea, because you'll be missing a train for the rest of the day.
If you need any help on how to do the swap, just ask.

This problem has previously been reported & discussed on the Timetables - Kings Cross thread, posts #15 and 16 refer.
I can only help one person a day. Today's not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look too good either.
