I have been told by a couple of people on MSN that somebody is distributing an old version of Sheffield scrolly beta via email.
I think its time bombed though, If you get it just be careful and virus check it, you never know what you could receive and what damage it could cause.

Blessed are the true believers, for only they shall walk the Path, and they shall be welcomed unto the realm of the Ori and made as one with Them.

ah those people were very happy to look into / they might even have asked for the (illegal) sent to them beta version....
here there's more than one person doing something wrong.

I was one of those people who got sent Sheffield Scrolly.

My advice is just report it straight away, then delete it, like i did.

We have been aware from some time that apparently an old BETA test Sim was in circulation (2009 we believe) having originally been leaked by a tester. We can't absolutely verify whether this is a genuine SimSig Sim, so as Alan says please be careful. If it is a genuine SimSig Sim it'll be a BETA and as such will not be fully tested and is likely to contain bugs and thus not be to the quality we would normally release.

We are not sure what the distributor (guess who?) is trying to achieve. As SimSig is not a business there is no commercial damage to be done so it's just rather unfortunate and sad that they have chosen to do this really.

Actually I'll not lock it as although there's not a lot to be said if people have any questions or concerns then let us know here or by PM.
