When you have a points/TC failure would it be possible to have a Mobile Ops Manager to arrive on site and wind/clamp the points until the S&T arrive and fix them?

adding to this. some boxes (mostly mechanical) have emergency point releases in the event of a TCF locking a point. in other words, rather than waiting 20 mins for a tcf to fix, causing a backup. could these be included? the signaller still needs to authorise the train past signals at danger of course so it isnt a get out of jail free card.
