how about this as an idea for a small single player sim, busy with some variety as i went through stockport today it occured to me this could work if a SimSig "what if" was done as with stafford and south humberside. although worked by absolute block, the stockport area is 4 and 3 aspect fully track circuited throughout. how about doing a theoretical mockup assuming heaton norris, stockport 1 and 2, and edgeley 1 and 2 were closed and replaced with a single panel (of course using all the existing interlocking) possibly extending to include hazel grove? I previously suggested the Crewe Box Area. And instead of Stockport, how about the manchester area which would intail stockport and the maps could link on multiplayer sessions? also to do a 3 way liverpool could be developed but Crewe would link to the existing Trent area. so it would link like this Trent-Crewe-Liverpool-Manchester-Crewe-Trent Log in to reply |
