Firstly, how many aspects does (or should) Signal 47 and Signal LE54 have? Secondly, just now I had 1R50 enter from Edge Hill on the Down Fast at 08:25. For some reason I cancelled Signal 1 (which was showing double yellow (YY) at the time) yet 1R50 didn't receive an ACOA? Unless the previous signal is 3-aspect (so signal yellow (Y)), 1R50 should have received an ACOA. Depends on sighting distance set in data.

If the drivers don't see it, then what's the problem ;-) But, as Andy says, sighting distance is a factor in the ACOA code. I don't know the exact details off-hand. Log in to reply |
