Don't think this has been mentioned anywhere, but apologies if I've missed it. I'm trying to set the route from 926 signal (reversible Goods line) to 914 signal (Platform 3), but the sim claims that point(s) are locked normal by another route. The only other movement in the area is 928 signal (Up Chester) to 916 signal (Platform 4) - although this isn't conflicting, this appears to be the offending route. As soon as the latter unit clears track circuit XT and the route dies, I'm able to set the route from 926 signal. Trying to key each set of points in turn leads me to believe that it's the traps, 8556 points, which are being held normal by the other route. Log in to reply |

Yes, the trap point is locked normal by the route from 928 to 916. In F3 if you click Display> Show locked points, the trap will show white when the route is set.
