For interest, the Sri Lanka Railways Centralised Traffic Control Centre in Colombo, showing the original (1962) electrical panel and the computerised panel replacing it.

Is that the same software as an IECC?

It's not IECC - the classic giveaway for that are the orange buttons at the bottom of the screen, which are not present in that photo. Beyond that the photo is not detailed enough to make a stab at what it might be!

Transport System Solutions of Austrailia installed the CTC system using PCVUE software.
