I was at Winsford yesterday and trains were delayed because of someone being hit by a train between Crewe and Stafford so trains were being diverted via Stoke and Alsager meaning they would enter the Crewe area from the Stoke line not the Stafford line and i was wondering if this could be done in SimSig for other sims. Making trains enter from different lines also delayed. Hope that all makes sense. Log in to reply |

Can be done and has been: the Reading entry on Swindon/Didcot where you enter "BLOK" in the TD berth for either slow/fast line and the trains enter on the other. Also on the alternative Ladybank entries on NESCOT where you can send Fife-line trains via Perth. It has to be explicitly coded by a developer and it'll not delay/advance the train's time at the alternative entry point. That latter point might be possible to add, I'll make a note.
