You should be able to download all the files again no problem- they're all in the Downloads area. When you've got them all, open the license manager and see if your NEScot license is still allocated to your machine. If it is, NEScot should work, if not you'll have to request for the license to be unlocked via the button in the license manager.

Thank you for your advice the licence manager did allow me to download NE Scotland to my computer. Unfortunately, Novell 360 has rejected the download and has removed it from my computer quoting 'few users, Risk Medium'. Although, I have been using your simulation for a fair period now you will understand that after a virus attack this week I am reluctant to override Novell. Any advice?

You will more than likely have to temporarily suspend your anti-virus software while you download the file

Anyone can download and install the simulation, however the license has to be allocated to your machine in order to get past the opening menu when you run the simulation.

Someone else has experienced this problem with another AV product, and discussed it here. It's probably the AV being a bit over-keen, but ultimately it's up to you if you want to override it. Personally I've never had any issues with downloads from this site.

This isn't a product I've ever heard of, that sounds like a suspicious piece of software in itself.

There is an option to reinstate the files. I have just had to reinstall software after my old PC fried and I have had the same message and no issue when I reinstated them, given they are from a trusted source.

If you do mean Norton 360, I had the same problem with Simsig downloads myself while using it. Ditched it and went with AVG. No further problems.
Hope this helps.
Mal.

I had Norton look at their software and try to insert the program, after all your program has worked for me for a year now. They updated Novell and said it may work now; however, I have run out of download attempts so could you allow one more to see if Novel will let it through? I note Geoff M's answer to W.S.Reputation 1 and cannot but agree. Just to let you know with your and Novel's help I have now got a running NE Scotland. Thanks to all.

The downloads limit is for a certain period of time (?24 hours, I think it says on the download page somewhere) so you should be able to download again once this has timed out.
