Hello all, I note on Southerns website that no trains are booked to call at Battersea Park on all Up services, but Down services are unaffected. I did wonder why RTT states all trains are using the fast's after Clapham to Battersea Pier Jn. So that's the Up Brighton Slow shut, and maybe the Down Brighton Fast since the Fasts are in use as far as Battersea Pier Jn from Victoria? I'm sure there was a link online that was possibly to a document on Network Rail's site, and listed where the blocks were, and I believe one told you where all the Temporary Speed Restrictions were. From what I recall it told you exactly where it was and what work is actually going on. Does anyone know the link so I can see what lines are blocked, or otherwise could someone maybe tell me where the works are actually taking place (I.E where the block would be on a signal panel) Any help appreciated, a Google search is not providing useful Log in to reply |

If I'm interpreting the WON correctly, the block should look like this: 00.01 - 01.20  01.20 - 06.30  06.30 - 09.20  09.20 - 04.00

Hmm Interesting, are you sure the Fast's are shut and the London End of Clapham? Only it seems all trains are being pathed onto the FL after Clapham P14, and re-routed to the slow at Battersea Pier Jn, or left on the fast if going to P14 upwards. Also I'm not sure all lines are blocked before 0630, the first trains out are the 0500 and 0502 using the SL. A look in the journey planner confirms they are both running and on normal route through Clapham/East Croydon. I assume the works down the other end are at Sutton itself seeing as all routes from Sutton are shut? Log in to reply |

You didn't state in your original post which date you were referring to. I assumed it was this weekend - perhaps it isn't?
