In the saved game below, there is a TCF at Hardstaffs. Signal 814 is collared, but the arrow at the Newstead end of the section isn't. Similarly, when I right click-> untick general isolation, the signal itself is uncollared but the arrow now is. Somewhere the isolation has got out of sync so it now alternates between the two.
