Any of you Southern Region fans maybe able to answer this query I have. Whilst wring this Waterloo summer 1988 timetable for the newly released Waterloo sim I've come across a train in the Waterloo station working book which is:-
2P22 0635 EWD Havant - London Waterloo the station working book staes it arrives at 07:59 & is formed of an 8VEP or an 8 car Cl.423 for those of you not up on Southern Region Unit terminology. The train on arrival at Waterloo in Platform 12 then forms 5Y05 [01] 08+09 EWD ECS London Waterloo - Clapham Yard. Now I'm using the Section WH WTT of Passenger & Parcels trains covering the Western Suburban Lines & Ascot/Wokingham to Guildford 11th May, 1988 to 14th May, 1989. I'm assuming that being a Cl.2 service from Havant it would run direct from Clapham Junc. fast to Waterloo.
The problem is that the WTT doesn't show 2P22 in any of its sections(Windsor Lines or Main lines), but the ECS movement is shown in the WTT. I've looked on the UP trains & nothing is shown to arrive at 07:59. Firstly does anyone know or remember this train &/or secondly would anyone know if this train would enter the Waterloo sim via the Min lines from Wimbledon direction or from barnes direction?
Thanks in advance to anyone who knows the answer(s).

OK, I've manged to locate this train in the Section WG WTT I have of the same period which covers the services running from Waterloo to Weymouth & Portsmouth via Woking. It would appear that 2P22 doesn't stop at Woking nor any point between there & Waterloo. That in turn maybe the reason I can't see it in the WTT covering the suburban services.
