Over the past few weeks I've seen a few posts on the forum, and lots on the shoutbox asking for anyone to check if a persons port forwarding setup is working correctly. Often these requests seem to fall by the wayside if people aren't around to respond.

If anyone is setting up port forwarding and wishes to quickly check if it's working.

1) Open Simsig on your desired port in server mode.
2) go to http://www.canyouseeme.org/
3) Change port to check to your port (Eg 50505)
4) Click Check Port

In the sims message box you will briefly see something connect, then disconnect (Assuming your port is open) and on the webpage it will advise you if the test was successful or not.
