I just tested and like you I had problems. But I noticed (and it a peculiarity I've noted before and reported) that while I appeared to be logged in, if I look at (say) the User drop-down it says "log in" which indicates that I'm logged out when I'm not. Anyway to cut a long story short I logged out and back in again and it seemed fine. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |

That's really strange, I just did what you did and log out of SimSig then log back in and it worked! I dunno why though, probably Gremlins exercising their protest vote at the GE.... Log in to reply |

Just checked and it was back in September 2012 I first reported the oddity of not being fully recognised as logged in. A test is to click on "user" and see if it offers you the full menu of options or to "log on". Whether that's the actual problem with the shop I don't know but it does seem to fix.
