Hi, in my last purchase i wrongly purchased 2 copies of Shrewsbury when 1 item should have been Salisbury. Is there any way to remedy this amazingly stupid act? Log in to reply |

Hi there, I've deleted your (unallocated) Shrewsbury licence, and issued a Salisbury licence in its place. I'm afraid I can't do a cash adjustment to reflect the £10 in lieu of the £15 cost myself, that will be for Geoff M to resolve in due course, or unless you'd be happy to consider it as a donation or credit against a future purchase. Can't do credits with this website software at the moment :blush: so it'd have to be a refund, if that's what you want? locoman390, can you tell me a name (first OR last would do) or date/time of transaction? I'm trying to pair it with a transaction record. I think somebody else might have done the same and AndyG might have not done yours. I bought a copy of Salisbury and Shrewsbury last night NZ time, deliberately. I already have a Salisbury License, but as I have two computers, I usually end up having to buy the ones I use twice. I havn't allocated the second Salisbury yet simply as I havn't yet been downstairs
