Hi I have tried to enter the voucher code for LTS but keep it keeps stating that the code is invalid. I am the owner of Fenchurch Street and I am entering FENCHST as requested. The checkout still reads minus 6 pounds Thanks in advance for any help Log in to reply |

Hi thanks for your reply but the checkout tells me that the voucher code is invalid and will charge me the full asking price.

I didn't have to enter the voucher code when I purchased LTS, the system already recognised I had bought Fenchurch St and automatically applied the discount to reduced price of £13.95. If you browse the shop whilst not logged in, the price shows as £19.95 but -6/£13.95 when logged in.

You should be paying £13.95 if you bought Fenchurch before LTS came out, if it's asking for £19.95 then there's a problem. Thanks everyone for your help. At the checkout whilst logged in it read £13.95 so I assumed that this was the full cost of the sim. What threw me was that when I entered the voucher code it said voucher invalid. I was unaware that the full price of the sim was £19.95 and thought that the discount of £6 was deducted from the £13.95. What misled me was the instruction of entering the voucher code when in fact the discount had been applied automatically by the system. Thanks again and good regulating
