Hi Geoff, it seems to be another problem. got the license in license manager but it seems it does not want to work when trying to load it. If anyone can help, please do. Onto another problem, i bought the LTS and it that is having a bigger problem. it is say demo only. but i have bought it out right. i have been in contact with Geoff but with no luck from his side as well. (It maybe my computer but i would like both to work) Any help again Log in to reply |

Clews20 Just having the license in License Manager is not enough. You must allocate it to the machine you are running the sim on. If you do not, even if you have a valid license, the sim will only ever run in demo mode. So just to be clear...this is what you should do... 1) Log in to license manager 2) Make sure the licenses for your purchased sims are shown (if not let us know) 3) Allocate each of the licenses to your machine. 4) Open SimSig Loader and run the sims If one of the above steps does not work for a particular sim you have purchased, tell us which sim and what step it fails at. Still does not work. I have allocate license to my computer. And still does not come up when loading "Simsig Loader" With the LTS. There is no license at all but it is on the sim loader? Do you have any idea why one has a licence but on the sim loader and the other on the other way round? Log in to reply |

When you say it does not come up on loader I take it you mean when you run the loader the sim is not there to be selected. That suggests the .sim file is in the wrong place. Suggest you find out where all the .sim files are and move them all to the same folder as the ones you can find are. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |

I think the problem with LTS is that you bought it under a different user name (I assume the other name is yours) If not then you have not purchased a LTS license. If you log into License manager with that name you should find it there. In fact you seem to have 2 LTS licenses and one is allocated to a computer. Hi All Rugby is now working. (My fault) it would help to download it. LTS, Maybe you are right but i cant remember the password. The problem i have is to many passwords for things. Could you please reset it and give me the user name for that one? Regards Log in to reply |
