Signal KR3258 on the Up Fast at Milton Keynes (Rugby South) does not release it's route after the train has passed.

Actually this is correct, however, I omitted them from the manual. I've now updated the manual to show this and the other non-TORR signals.

Most of those signals protect either neutral sections on the OHLE (which KR3258 does), or the entrances to tunnels, or the fringe to Watford Junction PSB. The only one that doesn't fit any of those categories is TK3211; my best guess is this is left over from when Bletchley PSB was still in use, and there were similar controls to those on the fringe to Watford Junction PSB.
