I'm a complete noob when it comes to chaining sims in multiplayer. But im alright at chaining in a sim though.
I have already read the chaining manual but still dont get it either.

My Problems:

Have you actually set up port forwarding ?

Are you using a VPN or proxy, or does your computer have more than one network connection.

Open http://www.whatsmyip.org/ in Opera, and in chrome, is it the same on both or different?

Yeah they are different for some reason. But i meant they are different on different browsers.
It doesn't change when i open it again.

I uninstalled Opera anyway, its so bad i wouldnt recommend it, it doesnt load.
So now im using Google Chrome:

You've not answered my other questions.

It's odd that opera would be showing you as using a different IP address.

Sorry, i dont have a VPN or proxy but my computer, the only connection is to the router thats it.

Yes you do (albeit possibly unknowingly), the IP you posted (starting with 185...) is owned by Opera Mini Proxies.

Your external IP for hosting is the 79... (owned by Tiscali [not heard that name for a few years!])

I know why now, i have my own VPN, and i found the setting used for Port forwarding thanks anyway to everyone who helped me find the answer.
