In the wake of the current Talk Talk cybersecurity breach, I spent an hour earlier this evening changing passwords and tinkering with settings in Windows 10 Control Panel.

AArgghh!!!

Renamed my desktop and laptop in the process.

And now none of my paid-for sims work - all gone back to demo mode only.

License Manager states allocated to nothing.

Hmm, requested license unlock of Rugby as I wrote this and seem to have got them back - brilliant!

Will request unlocking for my other purchases in due course - may be a while as I happy enough to have got my Rugby sims back!

If they're allocated to nothing, you should be able to simply re-allocate them. It's if they're shown as allocated to another machine that you've got problems.

That should be all of them all unlocked for you, and you should be good to go.

All unlocked and reallocated to desktop - many many thanks indeed.

Apart from Rugby South, which I've allocated to laptop with aim of spending extra hour tonight to try chaining to Rugby Central on my desktop!

Superb service in getting me back working tonight - well impressed!
