The Voyagers have their speed class set correctly as EPS-D, however it looks like those speed limits currently aren't modelled in the sim.
If I haven't overlooked anything, according to the sectional appendix, lower EPS-D speed limits apply:

  • through Berkhamsted

  • through Linslade Tunnels, on the Up Fast extending as far as Drayton Road Junction

  • around Weedon

  • on the Down Fast through Rugby

  • on the Up Fast on both sides of Rugby station
