I know I've said it before but I think the score is a prime example of Signallers not paying enough attention during sessions.

Saltley is a simulation which has a lot of air time and based on this you would think that wrong routes in any session, even a 24 hour one, would be minimal. I think the whole team of Signallers would be looking for a new job if they racked up 17 in a single 24 hour period.

Even assuming some of the Adverse Change of Aspect relate to Lamp Failures as a train approached I bet quite a few were people cancelling a route without counting back to ensure no ACOA.

On a positive note good to see sessions being hosted that people seem to enjoy - just not for me I'm afraid.

How the hell did we get 18 routes cancelled and 3 trains have been cancelled and 17 wrong routes set for trains?!

Part from the issues at Birmingham Snow Hill I don't think I encountered any 'routes cancelled with trains approaching' when dealing with South Top/Bottom. Only issue was Snow Hill and the TCF. Terminators in P2 which means P1/P3 been through roads. But when you get a 2x 168s 1H** leaving a xx:12 per hour and then another terminator scheduled into P2 67+Mk3s+DVT with XX:09 per hour 5 mins after the last arrival terminator. There is no option but to use P1 which is free but then caused trains behind 4 or 5 behind been delayed and quick turn rounds. There were clashed but had to be dealt with appropriate. I only had 2 'wrong routes set for trains' which were ECS vis UDG at Small Heath...

Overall it turned out to be very good.

It was a very good session. Even though all those problems were annoying, as usual.

I have to own up to one of these. It was a train from Derby timetabled to take the slow route at Kingsbury Junction, but not stopping anywhere. I had a filament failure on the junction signal so I could only set routes straight through. I set the route only to be surprised by the call. I thought fast line was as good as slow there, but in this case, it totally wasn't.

This single train could have even counted as 2 wrong routes, because I got the call twice.

I have to own up to another one as I signalled a South Wales bound freight at Landor Street towards Leamington Spa!

Luckily the driver knew where he wanted to go!

I have to own up to a wrong route due to trying to regulate an on time Longbridge for a late Redditch by putting the on-time train into Kings Norton A&D line, at host's request, even though there are no wires in the loop!

OD - train delayed due to control regulation decision.
