Just purchased 4 items this morning, .. and processed thru Paypal.

Got my e-mail from Paypal that payment has been made, .. but, according to my Account on Simsig, the Order Status indicates .. 'cancelled' ..

Also got sms confirmation from CC that funds deducted from my account.

I had purchased another item earlier this morning, .. and that went thru fine, .. and I've activated my license.

Can anyone assist in this matter?

5363 posts 		I can see the order and indeed it is shown as cancelled. Geoff will need to confirm payment and then manually override. As he's in California it'll be later today when he's likely to be around.

Sorry for any hiccup I'm sure it'll be resolved quite easily.

510 posts 		I guess in the rush, with lots of people wanting to purchase lots of sims to get the discount, there were a few slight hiccups. I'm also having the same problem, the money was sent from my paypal, but the order shows cancelled.

Order number is J1X0D7N997 and I can assure you I didn't cancel it

510 posts 		In my case sadly not. I have the confirmation email from paypal, but sadly no confirmation email from SimSig, nor any licenses supplied to my email inbox, nor are the sims listed in the license manager.

Ditto for me, .. no confirmation e-mail, .. no e-mail stating that Licenses have been issued, .. and License Manager doesn't show any new licenses.

As I mentioned in my original post, .. I had made an earlier purchase of just one item.

.. got my confirmation e-mail, .. received e-mail that 1 license had been issued, .. ran License Manager .. installed the License.

.. no problems.


2nd Order, for 4 items, .. didn't go as well ..

I've just seen the emails and all sims do now appear in the License Manager. I haven't tried to play any of them yet, but it looks like we're all good

Apologies, fixed now.

I happened to notice two of the "cancelled" orders had a 1p mismatch between the website shop and PayPal. Maybe it's a rounding bug in Hikashop. I would check more orders for comparison but I'm doing this on a poor phone connection right now.
