Hello all,

Long time no speak! Last time I came on here to do something was throw my Westbury timetable on here for approval, which I think was approved and now I can't remember what the timetable was

I did tap in very briefly and saw some sims had been released, very nice shame I can't even play them

I've basically gone from time on my hands to no time at all. Why?

Well some of you know I worked in a supermarket part time as a home shop picker, I wanted to be out before Christmas because I cannot go through the whole month if non-stop christmas songs on the store radio, the constant lack of staff and being squeezed for 3am starts, dis-organization, constant running out of items chaos again, and thankfully I managed to dump the job the minute I got confirmation of passing the process of a new job!

I have now moved on to the Coach industry (things on wheels, not football!)
Ok it's a coach cleaner for a local independant, who celebrates 25 years this year. Still it's Monday - Friday, full time, weekends off, 30p more an hour than what I was getting, bank holidays off and free travel on any UK daytrip. And as a coach enthusiast, working on them is brilliant.

The step between retail and an independant is very different, just get on with it and you don't get interrupted. Any tools I need I get given to me in a day and rebates for the essential tea/coffee supplies :cheer:

Do I regret leaving retail? Sure it's left me with little time for Simsig at the moment (busy weekends with various events) but I don't regret it, no.

Hopefully 13 years on, I can now work towards a car licence and get through to a PSV, who knows I might be driving coaches soon!

As November/December comes along I hope I can find some weekends to play Simsig and maybe start writing TT's again, or playing others TT's.

Hope to see you lot soon!

James.

P.S can't make the London meet already booked in at Yeovilton to display my built Airline 1/144 scale model kits
