I presume that this is for the reversal of an ECS like 5C36? The route I believe should be 116 (Platform Starter) to 690 (Shunt Signal on Up NO2 RLF, just to the right of the line label) then onto NO2URLOS (Limit of Shunt Signal on the No2 Relief Line).
