--- Newsletters --- It's been many months since we last sent a newsletter, though much has happened since then. We plan to restart the newsletters very soon but we need your help. Since we moved to a new website there have been changes to wording and subscriptions so, out of an abundance of caution with respect to the varied anti-spam laws around the world, we ask that you opt-in to the newsletters again. Our newsletters are not long, or loaded with tons of graphics, and have previously only averaged one every 2-3 months. So we won't overburden you! To opt-in, click on My Account (either under your username at the top of the screen, or in the panels to the left), click on "Manage my subscriptions", then tick the box for "General newsletters", and finally Save your changes. As an incentive, there will be an offer which is likely to be a small discount off your next purchase. But it will only be available to those opted-in by the time the newsletter comes out, so opt-in quickly! Estimated send date will be mid-August. --- Website --- We've continually been upgrading the website in the background, some obvious changes, some less obvious changes. However, one of today's changes was how email is sent. The majority of email was being delivered to users' inboxes perfectly fine. However, unbeknownst to us until some detailed testing and sleuthing (h/t Headshot and Sacro) discovered some email servers (not all) have been silently failing to deliver (not notifying the sender OR recipient) due to some missing magic prose in the emails. Furthermore, an erratic SimSig server bug also meant an occasional email never even got sent. We apologise for anybody who never got any emails they were expecting and hope they will all now get through. Thanks for your continuing support.
