Attached a screenshot of a TCF which I had. It looks like the overlap of signal E109 is also part of track circuit TVJ - is this supposed to be the case?

As you don't have track circuit breaks on it's very hard for you to say what is and isn't part of one track circuit.

In this case the berth isn't assigned to the correct track.

#20131 applies.

Track circuit breaks turned on. Looks like it's indeed the berth. If I click the berth in F11 I get track circuit TVL.
