If late or early running means the passenger trains don't require to be shunted to/from the up or down refuges at Moss Vale to sit and cross other trains, is the only way to have the train to depart on time ex Moss Vale to edit the timetable and delete those parts?

Dan if you go into F2 timetable options you can select the next working and pick up its TT without editing any schedules
