Hello,

I had a loco scheduled Kingmoor Depot to Carlisle that I routed out via CE436-CE335 (Down Goods-Down Main) because both up lines were occupied by other trains. The train's TT did not step up from Caldew to Carlisle when making that movement.

For reference: it was 0T32/TRIP32BMO of the included 79/80 TT.

Pretty sure that is because it not an agreed routing as it is using shunt signals to make the movement

Down Main was not reversibly signalled until after the crash that closed the Avoiding Lines.

Ok, so you are saying that this move should not be possible at all in the sim. As in, the Down Main shunt signal is only for reversing to/from Carlisle and should not be accessible from CE436? (I do not think reversing on the DM to go from the yard to Scotland is a valid procedure.)

From signal CE437 Up Goods it is not possible to route this way. If I understand you correctly, the route to Down Main from CE436 Down Goods also needs to be taken out for realism.

Tested and have found the same. Either the route shouldn't exist or the TT should step correctly. Also happens when routing towards CE336. Either way there's an issue. Mantis 25173

CE356 does not exist, do you mean the TT does not step up either when going to CE336?

Yes. I've amended my reply.

I'm going to assume this is 1980s era (For which I have nothing to reference against), but in the 2000s & 2016 era CE436 should not and does not exist. There is no GPS on the DG to exit south. The line is not bi-di except for the brief single line section before Caldew Jn.
