hi, sorry to be a pain. but i bought plymouth ages ago, and for some reason it hasn't gone onto my system when the new update was done. Its asking me to buy the product when i already have it. its most probably me, but can anybody help. thanks in advance.

You should be prompted to change your licenses over when you start the Loader; have you done this?

yes but wasn't prompted. it did all the updates and said delete obsolete sims. i really don't know.

Ive just done mine. Make sure you put your username and password in in the loader. You should get a green tick if all ok. Then update. First time i did it it said I could buy what i already owned. but all was ok after entering my logon details and it said i had a licence. Hope this helps
